Since then, the Company has been at the forefront of Responsible Gaming, launching the first national helpline for those experiencing gambling problems, implementing robust Team Member training, offering funding for organisations providing problem gambling resources and services, encouraging customers to use tools such as betting limits and self-exclusion policies, releasing national Responsible Gaming advertisements and more.

Caesars Entertainment, one of the world’s largest casino and entertainment companies, is celebrating a significant milestone this year – 35 years of leading responsible gaming efforts. Since its inception, Caesars has been committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring the safety and well-being of its guests.

Responsible gaming is a top priority for Caesars Entertainment, and the company has implemented a number of initiatives to promote responsible gambling behavior among its customers. These initiatives include employee training programs, self-exclusion programs, and partnerships with organizations that provide support and resources for individuals struggling with gambling addiction.

One of the key components of Caesars’ responsible gaming efforts is its innovative Responsible Gaming Ambassador program. This program trains employees to identify and assist guests who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling behavior. These ambassadors are trained to approach guests in a non-confrontational manner and offer resources and support to help them seek help if needed.

In addition to its internal programs, Caesars Entertainment also works closely with external organizations to promote responsible gaming practices. The company partners with the National Council on Problem Gambling and other advocacy groups to raise awareness about problem gambling and provide resources for individuals seeking help.

Caesars Entertainment’s commitment to responsible gaming has not gone unnoticed. The company has received numerous awards and accolades for its efforts, including recognition from the American Gaming Association for its leadership in promoting responsible gaming practices.

As Caesars Entertainment celebrates 35 years of leading responsible gaming efforts, the company remains dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all of its guests.
